Auto Electrical Parts
Our auto electrical unit has already secured an ISO 9001:2000 Certification and TS-16949: 2002 certification and OHSAS up gradation is already underway. We have developed components adaptable to numerous models such as Deutz, Massey Ferguson, Ford, John Deere, Case, Land rover, Mercedes, Leyland, Iveco, Bedford, JCB, Ford and New Holland.
Major designs followed are Lucas, Bosch and Delco Remy applicable to trucks, tractors, LCV, Stationary Engines, harvesters and combines.
We have world class infrastructure, which is equipped with all the latest Machinery and Systems, which includes: Armature Line, Solenoid Line, Starter Motor Line, Alternator Assembly Line, all related Test facilities and tool room.All manufacturing related infrastructure is available in-house including 10 CNC turning centers. We are working on SPM’s (Special Purpose Machines) which are being designed and customized as per our requirements for a better product quality.

Brake Rotors / Brake Discs
The unit uses its own foundries in the industrial process, thereby bringing a thorough knowledge of metallurgy to its design know-how for the braking system components - a further synergy in the optimization of the production cycle. The research and development phase is flanked by the testing phase, with static tests, on road tests and dynamic tests on test benches.
With regards to the Brake Rotors, we can supply both the ventilated as well as solid variants. Since the solid variant is machined all over there is no need to balance them, while the ventilated ones are balanced both by weight and milling, as per customers requirement.

Brake Disc Pads
Our disc pad facility is making Asbestos-free Disc Brake Pads with a production capacity of 2.4 million sets (1 set = 4 pieces) of Brake Pads per annum. The plant and machinery includes automatic computer-controlled batching and feeding for pre-forming of biscuits and Euro 2000 Hot Molding Presses. All products are ECE R90certified. The factory uses
German Krauss machines for checking these disc pads. We can supply the fine blanked back plates too. The back plates being currently used are very good quality close to the fine blanked finish although they are made by drop through method.
We can supply all the three types of the disc brake pads i.e. semi metallic, organic & ceramic. Chamfering if required in the edges, can be done. Dust groove if required can be provided. We cannot provide scorching of the top surface but we can provide “bedding Patch” (burnished friction face) which will substitute scorching. We can provide rubber as well as metal shims.
The brake pads are packed in mono carton which are packed in master cartons and then palletized as per international norms with rubber/metal shims and bedding patch in each pad.
Friction co-efficient is 0.32 ~ 0.35.

Axle Bearings
Our taper roller bearings are adaptable to axles for practically all types of trailers like the Container Trailer, Equipment Trailer, Port Trailer, Cargo and Fringe Trailer, Bulk Tank Trailer, Dump Trailer, Mining Trailer, Logging Trailer etc.
Our state of the art manufacturing facilities includes our own in house forging plants for manufacturing Bearing rings. The current manufacturing facility is manufacturing 1.8 million bearings a year. Our ring forging unit is being set up to manufacture 350 MTs of inner and outer race in the first phase and 1000 MTS in the second phase. The rings division manufactures green rings and CNC turned rings for in house applications and OE requirements.
We have QS 9000 certifications. We conduct 100% checking of raw material and our in-process inspection includes checking for dimensional and metallurgical tests on critical factors. For checking geometrical parameters such as concentricity, parallelism and circular run out, we have installed Formscam 3000 of Federal Products Co., USA. Diviate DT 100 of Asmeto AG, Switzerland checks surface finish of ground raceways, bore and outer diameter. Tolerances on our bearings conform to ISO, Din and AFBMA standards.
Our rolling bearings range from 40mm to 200mm outer diameter and 15mm to 130mm inner diameter. The static load carrying capacities range from 186 KN to 630 KN and dynamic load carrying capacities from 19 KN to 440 KN.
In order to achieve near friction less bearing our rolling tracks are grounded on SPMs (Special Purpose Machines) at 60 meters per second. The bearings are assembled under controlled environment with requisite system controls.
Friction co-efficient is 0.32 ~ 0.35.
